Redfern Lynch are a small professional architecture practice specialising in new residences, alterations and additions, interior design and fit-outs and commercial and community projects.

We deliver high quality, progressive and thoughtful design with personal service and great communication. We are committed to sustainable, functional design that meets the unique needs of each client and each site.

Director Carl Redfern holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has worked in the industry for 24 years. He is an ARB registered architect and A+ member of the Australian Institute of Architects. Carl worked at internationally and locally acclaimed firms in Sydney before starting his own practice in 2012.

Ariane Radford has a degree in Design from Graz Technical School of Art and Design in Austria and a Masters of Architecture from Graz University of Technology. She began her professional design career in Austria prior to relocating to Australia and has 17 years professional architectural design experience in Sydney and Brisbane-based firms.

Carl and Ariane have both worked on a diverse range of projects from large-scale commercial and community developments to heritage projects and private houses. They both have a keen interest and commitment to environmental and sustainable design.

Carl also collaborates with fellow UTS graduate, John Lynch who is based on the NSW North Coast near Byron Bay. John is also a registered architect and professional urban designer.
